Lacey takes pride in offering a class that suits the seasoned practitioner but can also be accessible to a new yoga student. The weekly group classes that are offered are tailored to who shows up to the class. She offers challenges and modifications to keep everyone in the class engaged and safe in their practice. Each of the group classes are offered to locals and visitors alike, and the backdrop is the beautiful views of the Florida Keys, where you will be sure to find your present moment in peace!

Special Events
In addition to Lacey’s weekly yoga classes, she also has pop-up and special events all over the Florida Keys. All classes, special event classes, and workshops are rain or shine. Lacey has covered spaces from inclement weather at all locations where she teaches! You will not have to worry about your class being canceled last minute.
*Living in paradise means dealing with the weather, if a tropical storm or hurricane are in the forecast, Lacey can always be contacted for rescheduling.
